One month down the line and i can not seem to get enough of this lucky chance i got to be a hotelier. Working for the largest Hotel Chain in the world has being a refreshing experience. Meeting Celebrities the political bigwigs in the nation, seasoned travelers & working with an excellent Sales and Marketing team are just a few to mention.
InterContinental Nairobi is a seasoned Hotel Property that has existed since 1969, proof enough to show it is a market leader not only in Kenya but across the Sub Saharan African Region. My job description is the Social Media Admin and Marketing ( which reminds me, kindly like Intercontinental Hotel Nairobi 7 @InterConNairobi on Twitter)
My supervisor and the Diector Of Sales, Mr. Peter Olale has being a great deal of help. I remember wowing him during my two interviews, funny how we share light moments in the office after those nervous interviews.
High moments so far are definitely closing a Conferencing deal last month, the numerous cocktail (Dont judge), meeting guests, the staff and ooohh my word the food is just amaizing.

The food is just Amazing, trust me there is enough word of mouth out there already about it, The service is second to none; important to note Employees are trained for months to have them best equipped to handle guests, I simply love working here.
